Frontdesk terms of service
Last updated October 2, 2026.
The service
Frontdesk is a private, invitation-only tool run by Simple Web. It connects invited users' Google accounts to Claude so the assistant can read, organize and send email and manage calendar events. By signing in or linking an account, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
Who can use it
Only people invited by Simple Web may use Frontdesk. Access is personal: don't share your sign-in or let others use Frontdesk through your accounts. Simple Web can remove access at any time.
Your responsibilities
- Only link Google accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
- Review what Claude proposes before approving it. You are responsible for messages sent and calendar changes made from your accounts, including anything you approve.
- Use Frontdesk lawfully and in line with Google's and Anthropic's terms. Don't use it to send spam.
No guarantees
Frontdesk is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. AI assistants can make mistakes, and Google or Claude may be unavailable or change how they work. Keep your own judgment in the loop for anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Simple Web is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, messages or appointments, arising from use of Frontdesk.
Changes and ending access
Simple Web may change or discontinue Frontdesk, or update these terms, at any time. You can stop using it whenever you like by removing your linked accounts on the admin page or revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
