Frontdesk privacy policy

What Frontdesk is
Frontdesk is a private, invitation-only tool run by Simple Web. It connects invited users' Google accounts to Claude so the assistant can work with their email and calendars. Only people invited by Simple Web can sign in. It is not offered to the public.
Google data it uses
- Your email address, to confirm who is signing in.
- Gmail: reading, searching, labeling, archiving, moving messages to Trash, drafting and sending email.
- Google Calendar: viewing calendars and free/busy times, and creating, changing, cancelling and responding to events.
This data is used only to carry out requests made through Claude. Sending email and calendar invitations requires approval in Claude each time. Frontdesk never permanently deletes email.
What is stored
Frontdesk stores Google access tokens and email addresses for linked accounts in an encrypted database, along with records of which Claude apps are signed in. Email content and calendar events are not stored; they are fetched from Google when needed and passed to Claude.
Sharing
Data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. It is sent only to Claude (Anthropic) to carry out requests, and is hosted on Vercel and Turso.
Frontdesk's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
A linked account can be removed at any time from the Frontdesk admin page, which deletes its stored token and revokes Frontdesk's access at Google. Access can also be revoked directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
